Returns 

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to request a return Email us at support@luminahomeco.com with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us — we’ll be happy to assist.

Damaged or incorrect items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement free of charge.
